Short trip to The Hague to the Paleis Hotel. Wonderful location and very nice hotel. We were warmly welcomed. Online check in and check out were quick and easy. Everything was super easy. I was even able to control the entrance doors via app. Simply safe and very good! Room was on the second floor, accessible by elevator. Access by car to the hotel entrance. Parking around the corner. Our dogs also felt at home. There was even a dog bone at the beginning. Paleis Hotel is centrally located in the city center. We were able to reach the beautiful Christmas market in a few minutes. The city center is a highlight at Christmas time. Wonderful - we will certainly come here again. Thank you for your hospitality Paleis Hotel.

Hotel located in the city center, with many services as well as online check-in / out. You can also use your smartphone to lock and unlock the door (in case you forgot the card).

We had a lovely stay at this romantic and perfectly located hotel in The Hague. The staff is professional, friendly, and super efficient - they can help you get tickets to local museums, tramways, cabs and more, and can help with recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The room was very spacious, quiet, and wonderfully decorated with views to the inner side of the block. The bed was large, and super comfortable. The minuses: - the pillows were very uncomfortable, completely opposite to how comfortable the bed was - the toilet paper was thin, not good - I would suggest changing to a better, higher quality product. It would be an easy and inexpensive way to have happier guests. - the tea selection available at the lounge area was lacking in variety (two flavors when I checked)

I loved everything about the hotel! Situated in a prime location within the central, close to cafes-restaurants-mini markets-boutiques-bars. The room was fantastic, I especially love the comfortable spacious bed, beautiful clean bathroom with bath!, cosy window view and the fantastic staff! Jeanette & Miranda are amazing! They were very kind, friendly and attentive. Even weeks before I arrived, they both answered my questions and inquiries without fail. I felt so welcomed there and was sad to leave. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. And everyone else! if I ever visit Den Haag again, I’d definitely return ❤️

Nice hotel, in the middle of the city. It can be loud, especially if you open your window at night, in the summer. Our experience was very pleasant, nevertheless. Can recommend! 👌🇳🇱🤝🇦🇹

Paleis Hotel is a super nice and cosy hotel in the heart of The Hague. I just love it! I had a large room in the 2nd floor with wonderful vintage furniture. Moreover it had a huge wardrobe and a spacious bathroom. Another highlight of the hotel is its outstanding staff. They were always super friendly and very helpful. And finally, the other guests were also very cool :D This hotel made me really feel like home!

It’s a well taken care of hotel. Really quiet. The deco is a bit old school and typical of the street old Dutch style. The employees are kind, in winter the room might be a bit cold so find the heating buton under the tv furniture to have …

We have booked through Booking.com and they claimed to be pet-friendly. Soon after, we got a call from an otherwise very nice person from the hotel that management said cats are not welcome because they had previous bad experiences. It's outrageously discriminatory. Just imagine that sentence " ____ are not welcome because we had previous bad experiences". Congratulations.
